The squagi.com.br website is characterized by providing Digital Marketing services in paid traffic. Any product on the site is subject to price changes or termination without prior notice and is intended for users over 18 years of age who are owners of the company benefiting from the purchase. By purchasing on our site, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and are the owner or have the owner’s authorization for the company for which the purchase is being made.
3. **Warranties and Limitations**
Once the request is approved, no changes can be requested. When requesting an advertisement and setting a theme, you cannot change that theme upon rejection (example: if you request an AD for Christmas and it is rejected, you cannot change the initially chosen theme in the request). The review of the request must be approved or rejected within a maximum of 30 calendar days; otherwise, it will be considered completed. Any action by a user linked to your company will be considered. It is the responsibility of the company owner to manage users linked to the company. The owner has the power to add and remove users from the company at any time.
4. **Rejection Rules**
Each request can have up to five rejections; from the fifth rejection, an additional credit of the same type and the same quantity as the beginning of the request will be charged, otherwise, it will be considered approved.
5. **Service Delivery**
All requests have a deadline of two business days. When a request is rejected, the Paid Traffic Manager has an additional day to make the requested adjustments. Upon approving the advertisement, the 30-day monitoring countdown begins. Support is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Payment for the platform on which the ad will run is the responsibility of the contractor.
6. **Payment**
Payment is made in advance, via the addition of credits of the type Google ADS, Facebook ADS, or TikTok ADS, which can be converted into services. It is up to the customer to use the credits as they prefer. The credits do not expire over time, and there are no monthly fees to use the site. Currently, two payment methods are available: Mercado Pago and PIX. In case the customer opens a dispute or contestation on Mercado Pago or the credit card operator, their account may be permanently suspended. The customer can request reactivation of the account upon the resolution of the dispute in our favor, and we reserve the right to accept or reject reactivation. If accepted, the next two credit additions must be made via PIX to have access to Mercado Pago again.
7. **Credits**
– Purchased credits cannot be exchanged for other types (e.g., exchanging Google ADS for Facebook ADS or vice versa).
– Purchased credits do not have an expiration date.
– Credits cannot be transferred from one company to another.
– Google ADS, Facebook ADS, or TikTok ADS credits do not include video creation or editing.
8. **Changes to Terms**
The user can check the most recent version of the Terms of Service on this page at any time. squagi.com.br reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by publishing updates and modifications on the site.
9. **Cancellation/Regret**
As it is a digital service, the nature of digital products and services excludes the elements that justify the application of the right of regret. The right of regret does not apply to the trade of exclusively digital products and services. There will be no payment refund if the customer claims to regret the purchase. The customer is pre-warned and aware of these terms, allowing them to choose not to buy if they do not agree.
10. **Applicable Legislation**
This Agreement and the relationship between you and squagi.com.br will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, regardless of its conflict with the law’s provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in Brazil and to waive any objections to the legal forum, venue, or inconvenience of such courts.
**Refund Policy**
Only orders that are not delivered correctly within the service period will be refunded. Incorrectly placed orders by the customer will not be refunded. Duplicated orders will not be refunded.
**Privacy Policy**
All artworks created for paid traffic campaigns by us may appear in SQUAGI company advertisements.
