By purchasing on our site, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and are the owner or have the owner’s authorization for the company for which the purchase is being made.

3. **Warranties and Limitations**

The final product delivered must be in total compliance with what was previously agreed upon in the budget. The client is responsible for hosting, domain, texts, and images. From 30 calendar days after the site’s delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to perform system updates, plugins, and any other necessary updates. Any action by a user linked to your company on the platform will be considered. It is the responsibility of the company owner to manage users linked to the company on the platform. The owner has the power to add and remove users from the company at any time.

Site backup will always be the responsibility of the client, regardless of the contracted service. The budget has a validity period of 15 days to be approved, and once approved, there are 3 business days to make the hiring.

4. **Rejection Rules**

In the development of websites, we follow a scheme that involves the creation of a PROJECT (SITE) that lists the tasks necessary for the successful completion of the project. It is important to note that this project is unique, and its basic information cannot be changed. The tasks that make up the project are defined at the beginning, with a deadline of up to 3 days for any changes or additional observations.

After the mentioned deadline, the responsible developer will start executing the tasks. During this process, the client has the possibility to request adjustments according to their needs. However, significant changes, such as a complete alteration of the site’s structure, will not be allowed.

We emphasize that all tasks will be discussed before the budget is delivered. In extreme cases where there is a considerable number of rejections in the tasks, an additional fee of R$60 per hour of work will be applied. The maximum limit of rejections per task is 5; if this limit is exceeded, the situation will be evaluated and may result in an additional fee starting from the sixth rejection in the same task.

5. **Service Delivery**

All requests have a deadline of seven business days. When a request is rejected, the Developer has an additional day to make the requested adjustments. Upon approving the maintenance or site, you will have it available on your domain.

6. **Payment**

Payment is made in advance, immediately after the budget is delivered by our team. This is done by adding credits of the type ‘Site’ or ‘Site Maintenance,’ which can be later converted into services, according to the customer’s preference. It is important to highlight that these credits do not have an expiration date, and there are no monthly fees for using the site.

Currently, we offer two payment options: Mercado Pago and PIX. It is crucial to note that, in case of a dispute or contestation by the customer on Mercado Pago or with the credit card issuer, it may result in the permanent suspension of the customer’s account. If the customer wishes to reactivate the account, it will be necessary to end the dispute in our favor, and the decision to accept or reject reactivation will be at our discretion. If accepted, the next two credit additions must be made via PIX to regain access to Mercado Pago.

7. **Credits**

The “Website Development Services” constitute an exclusive provision, only made possible through a customer’s budget request. This budget will be carefully prepared and subsequently delivered to the customer, containing a detailed description of the services to be executed. It is important to note that this individualized approach is necessary due to the distinct needs presented by each customer.

– Purchased credits do not have an expiration date.
– Credits cannot be transferred from one company to another.
– Any service different from the type of acquired credit will not be performed (the balance will be refunded, and persistent attempts may result in penalties).
– Institutional Site credits do not include “E-commerce.”
– Credits do not include text development or image editing.
– When initiating any of the above services, the valid period will be stipulated in the approved budget.
– When hiring the service, it is important that the client provides all information within 14 days; otherwise, it will be considered approved.
– All the above services should have a reasonable speed and be responsive on any device.

8. **Changes to Terms**

The user can check the most recent version of the Terms of Service on this page at any time. squagi.com.br reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by publishing updates and modifications on the site.

9. **Cancellation/Regret**

As it is a digital service, the nature of digital products and services excludes the elements that justify the application of the right of regret. The right of regret does not apply to the trade of exclusively digital products and services. There will be no payment refund if the customer claims to regret the purchase. The customer is pre-warned and aware of these terms, allowing them to choose not to buy if they do not agree.

10. **Applicable Legislation**

This Agreement and the relationship between you and squagi.com.br will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, regardless of its conflict with the law’s provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in Brazil and to waive any objections to the legal forum, venue, or inconvenience of such courts.

**Refund Policy**

Only orders that are not delivered correctly within the service period will be refunded. Incorrectly placed orders by the customer will not be refunded. Duplicated orders will not be refunded.
